Oregon Health Plan (OHP)

Oregon Health Plan

As a certified community partner, Asian Health & Service Center is partnered with DHS to provide information and application assistance for Asian Community. Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is a new online marketplace where Oregonians can compare and enroll in health insurance that fits their needs and budget. It includes health insurance from both private insurers and public medical programs, such as Oregon Health Plan and Healthy Kids. People can make side-by-side comparisons and every plan will show the costs and what is covered in plain language. All plans offered through Oregon Health Plan (OHP) cover essential health benefits, including doctor visits, hospital stays, maternity care, emergency room care, prescriptions, preventive care, mental health services, vision insurance for kids, and more. Some plans also cover alternative care. Dental insurance is also available.

Many Oregonians, including those who are working, can also access financial help. Financial help may be available to individuals earning up to $48,240 a year and a family of four earning up to $98,400 a year. In addition, many more Oregonians are eligible for no-cost insurance through the Oregon Health Plan. Even people who will not receive financial help can use Oregon Health Plan (OHP) to compare plans and find the best fit for their needs and budget.

When you enroll through Oregon Health Plan (OHP), you may qualify for financial help to pay for your coverage. If you earn less than the maximum yearly income show below, you might qualify for financial help.
