사회/문화 활동 그룹

아시안 보건 복지 센터는 당신의 건강, 복지 및 기본 생활에 필요한 정보 및 지원을 받을 수 있도록 한국어로 도와드립니다. 아시안 보건 복지 센터는 Tri-Met, Ride Connection 그리고 Ride to Care 와 같은 교통 서비스에 대한 정보와 지원을 제공합니다. 의료 진료나 단체 식사 또는 기타 지원 서비스를 위해 커뮤니티 센터로 가는 교통 요금을 지원하거나 교통편을 제공할 수 있습니다.

ACRSS아시안 암정보 지원 서비스

아시안 보건 복지 센터는 2019년 오레곤 최초로 아시안 암정보 지원 서비스 (ACRSS) 프로그램을 개설하였습니다. 암 진단 및 치료로 인한 스트레스를 겪고 있는 아시안들을 위해 언어와 문화적 배경을 고려하여 이에 맞는 정보와 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 예방, 선별, 치료, 회복, 생존 및 생의 마감에 걸친 전반적인 암투병 과정에 함께하며 필요한 정보와 서비스를 한국어로 제공하고 지원하는데 목표를 두고있습니다. 저희는 암환우가 좀 더 편안하게 진료를 받을 수 있도록 지원하고 힘든 치료 과정을 잘 이겨낼 수 있도록 도와주는 등 암환우들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 저희는 암을 이겨내는 여정에 그 누구도 혼자여서는 안 된다고 믿습니다.

통합 서비스 지원

사례 관리/옵션 상담/또는 프로젝트 독립:
아시안 보건 복지 센터는 문제 해결 지원, 리소스 연결, 장기 요양 옵션 그리고 재택 요양 지원 등을 포함한 지속적인 서비스와 포괄적인 지원을 제공합니다.

가족 간병인 프로그램:
60세 이상의 가족/주변분들이나 장애 또는 알츠하이머/치매를 가진 사람을 돌보고 있습니까? 아시안 보건 복지 센터는 무급 간병인을 위해 임시 간호 서비스 또는 내구성 의료 장비 및 간병 가족들을 위한 교육 프로그램 “간병인의 강력한 도구”와 그 외 간병에 관한 정보 및 지원을 받을수 있도록 도와드립니다.

영양 식사 프로그램

현재 코비드-19 팬데믹 동안에는 매월 영양 식료품 배달 및 픽업 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 아시안 보건 복지센터 건물안에서 제공하는 점심 식사 서비스는 잠시 중단되었으나, 실내 모임이 안전해지면 센터 내 점심 식사 서비스를 재개할 예정입니다. 홈페이지에서 최신 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

정신 및 정서 건강 지원

아시안 보건복지센터의 외래 정신 건강 클리닉은 오레곤 주정부로부터 승인을 받아 한국 교민들에게 정신 및 정서 건강 지원 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다. 정신 건강 관련 수련과정을 마친 한국인 정신 건강 전문가들이 한국어로 정신건강 외래진료, 심리상담 그리고 사회 복지 서비스를 제공하고 있으며 지난 20여년간 300여명의 한국인들에게 서비스를 제공해 왔습니다. 도박 중독에 관한 치료 프로그램 뿐만 아니라 코비드-19 로 인한 스트레스 또는 불안을 경험하는 교민들을 위해 무료 단기 상담을 한국어로 제공합니다. 주변에 도움이 필요한 분이 계시면 언제든지 문의 바랍니다.

亞洲癌症資源和支援服務

此服務是俄勒岡州第一個有針對癌症提供全面服務項目：從推廣防癌教育、篩檢、治療到癌友關懷服務。目標是讓癌友及家屬能獲取正確資訊，透過資源連結，增加生活品質及抗癌經驗分享，減輕癌友的擔憂與無助感，協助癌友攜手抗癌，陪伴癌友邁向康復之路。

健康教育和講座

華人服務中心有提供團體健康教育課程，有粵語、普通話/國語、韓語和越南語的語言講師講授，課程包含慢性症狀自我管理課程，家護人員百寶箱課程，和糖尿病前期自我健康管理課程等不同課程。另外每周固定的長者社交小組也會定期提供不同的健康主題課程。旨在推廣健康生活和學習自我健康管理。疫情期間，教室課程暫停，敬請等候訊息更新。

心理和行為健康服務

新冠肺炎(COVID-19) 相關服務

中心在疫情間致力於確保社區居民的安全、健康和知悉更新資訊，成立亞裔協助小組 (COVID-19 Asian Response Team, CART)，設語言電話專線，有粵語和普通話/國語專員提供新冠病毒疫苗，檢測和檢疫的資訊，訊息教育和聯繫醫療照護。中心也協助地方政府單位對外拓展新冠肺炎的信息資源和檢疫隔離期間援助服務。

長者營養和餐食服務

由麥諾瑪縣老人與殘障人士服務部(ADVSD)的資金支持，華人服務中心為波特蘭地區長者提供每周四天的營養午餐，餐食是由本地的餐館供應。長者午餐於2009年開始供應給地方長者，旨在鼓勵獨居長者參加社交活動並從而獲得社區資源。在疫情期間長者到中心參與午餐用餐的服務暫時停止，以每月發放亞裔食物袋為替代方案。敬請等候訊息更新。

华人服务中心有提供团体健康教育课程，有粤语、普通话/国语、韩语和越南语的语言讲师讲授，课程包含慢性症状自我管理课程，家护人员百宝箱课程，和糖尿病前期自我健康管理课程等不同课程。另外每周固定的长者社交小组也会定期提供不同的健康主题课程。旨在推广健康生活和学习自我健康管理。疫情期间，教室课程暂停，敬请等候讯息更新。

亚裔癌症资源和支援服务

此服务是俄勒冈第一个针对癌症的全面服务项目：从推广防癌教育、筛选、治疗到癌友关怀服务。目标是让癌友以及家属能获取正确的咨询，透过资源连接，从而增加生活的品质及抗癌经验的分享，减轻癌友的担忧与无助感，协助癌友携手抗癌，陪伴癌友迈向健康之路。

心理和行为健康服务

中心设有俄勒冈州认证的心理健康诊所，由双语双文化的心理医生和辅导员提供心理健康照护。并且有针对问题赌博所提供的治疗服务，和因新冠肺炎疫情影响所造成个人压力或焦虑提供免费的短期咨询。如果您或您认识的人需要协助，请联络心理健康部门粤语和普通话/国语专线。

新冠肺炎(Covid-19) 相关服务

中心在疫情间致力于确保社区居民的安全、健康和知悉更新咨询，成立亚裔协助小组(COVID-19 Asian Response Team, CART)，设语言电话专线，有粤语和普通话/国语专员提供新冠病毒疫苗，检测和检疫的咨询，讯息教育和联系医疗照护。中心也协助地方政府单位对外拓展新冠肺炎的信息资源和检疫隔离期间援助服务。

长者营养和餐食服务

有麦诺玛县老人与残障人士服务部(ADVSD)的资金支持，华人服务中心为波特兰地区长者提供每周四天的营养午餐，餐食是由本地的餐馆供应。长者午餐于2009年开始供应给地方长者，旨在鼓励独居长者参加社交活动并从而获得社区资源。在疫情期间长者到中心参与午餐用餐的服务暂时停止，以每月发放亚裔食物袋为替代方案。敬请等候讯息更新。

AHSC thực hiện chương trình có thẩm quyền về ngôn ngữ và văn hóa duy nhất của khu vực dành cho các cá nhân và gia đình Việt Nam đang gặp căng thẳng sau khi nhận được kết quả chẩn đoán ung thư cũng như trong qua trình điều trị ung thư. Quý vị sẽ không phải trải qua ung thư một mình.

AHSC có phòng khám ngoại trú về sức khỏe tâm lý được tiểu bang chứng nhận chuyên phục vụ cộng đồng Việt Nam. Chúng tôi cũng cung cấp một chương trình điều trị cho những người đánh bạc và tư vấn ngắn hạn MIỄN PHÍ cho những cá nhân gặp căng thẳng hoặc lo lắng liên quan đến đại dịch.
